My name is Shaun Melwani, founder of Melwani Conditioning. As a former professional player, I understand the game from the inside out. After my own career was reshaped by injury, I learned what
it truly takes to perform and endure.
My approach is unique: I merge cutting-edge sports science with real-world experience from high-performance environments. I move beyond generic plans to provide highly personalized coaching that delivers results.
